Backoffice service

We take care of all the paperwork, from taking the load to collecting it. We charge detention and TONU at no extra cost. We also send all the paperwork to your factoring company or we make Quick Pay directly with the broker.

Refund and cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Requests: Customers may cancel a load request up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any fees.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may incur in our % of the total negotiated load fee.
No-Show Policy: If a carrier does not arrive to pick up the load and does not notify us, the full negotiated fee may be charged to the customer.

Refund Policy:

General Refund Policy: Refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances:
If a load was canceled by the customer and falls within the cancellation policy time frame.
If a service issue arises, such as a carrier failing to deliver the load as agreed.
Refund Requests: Customers must submit a refund request via email or through our website within 7 days of the service issue, including the invoice number and details of the issue.
Processing Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Please note that certain circumstances may not qualify for a refund, including: Cancellations made after the specified cancellation period.
Loads that have already been assigned to a carrier and are in transit.
